Who I am

A globally experienced leader in transformation and strategy, I have a track record of working in the public and private sectors at senior level.

With a background working in board level positions, I have held roles including Global Head of Learning and Innovation for an international consultancy, Head of People in the health tech sector and Head of Workforce Development for an industry body. This professional experience means I’ve got real world experience of transformation and change; leading organisations as they transition from regional to global, managing a team of 300 across 50 countries and leading high-profile national workstreams.

As a consultant I’ve worked with clients across sectors including health, care, property, finance, FMCG and technology. Clients include NHS, Bayer, Philips, Morgan Sindall, PepsiCo, Unilever, Mol Europe, Health Education England, Santander and British Red Cross.
