An experienced businesswoman and consultant, I have experience in working with some of the world’s largest companies. Working with multinationals across the finance, pharmaceutical, property, technology, media and NGO sectors I understand the challenges they face on a daily basis.

I primarily work with them to develop training solutions either as stand alone projects or as part of a larger strategic consultancy piece that can include supplier reviews, evaluation and measurement and communication and marketing.

As well as working directly with businesses, I also work as an associate consultant with several well-known training organisations. This can take the form of training design, short-term placements or learning consultancy as a part of a team of experts.

Mental Health Sector

An experienced consultant, patient and businesswoman, I work with companies across the full spectrum of mental health services to support them in their involvement of service users, use of digital, patient education and training and use of innovation, measurement and quality improvement.

I use my blended experience of the mental health sector, the business and private sector and the personal, lived perspective to offer rounded and considered advice to companies. Strategies take into consideration the three different lenses meaning I can approach problems with a unique viewpoint, overlaying them with the desire to find more effective ways of doing things.

• engagement strategy to raise awareness of health research opportunities in BME communities
• development of peer support training for use in UK and Asia
• coproduction of training for general population in mental health support

• advisory role in developing blended therapy projects in Canada
• avatar technology advisory role for use in personality disorder treatment in UK
• transition planning from acute to community care for individuals
• creating a digital platform for care and recovery planning
