With over 15 years’ experience as a management consultant specialising in the people side of transformation, I’ve worked across a wide range of organisations and systems – from global corporates to NHS trusts, national bodies, and community-led initiatives. My focus is always on delivering clarity, capability and cohesion in moments of change.

I’ve led national programmes, designed cross-sector strategies, shaped future delivery models, and supported organisations through critical periods of transition. Whether embedded within senior leadership teams or engaged on specific transformation workstreams, my approach is practical, rigorous, and rooted in relationships with one eye on the big picture, and the other on the detail.I’m a management consultant specialising in the people side of transformation, with over 15 years of experience delivering large-scale change across health, care, tech, and innovation sectors.   • Designed the transformation roadmap for the Mid-Cheshire Healthier Futures new hospital between 2025-2030 
  • Led the change strategy, planning and implementation for GSK (GlaxoSmithKlein)’s rollout of a new skills-focussed learning culture and learning system – across GSKs global footprint of 100k employees. 
  • Led target operating model design for integration of people digital services across six NHS organisations under One Devon 
  • Led the business change strategy of NHS England’s national Digital Staff Passport and roll-out and testing of early adopters in 15 trusts 
  • Led design of a new cardiology and hepato-biliary virtual wards delivery model and education roll-out for London ICBs 
  • Led design of a large-scale culture change programme for 7000 staff across an Ambulance Trust including staff engagement, new cultural and strategic framework, leadership development and defining new organisational ways of working 
  • Established a Primary Care Community of Practice and structure as part of the governance architecture of BLMKs ICS & ICB 
  • OD strategy for handling transition of regional NHS staff (dentistry and pharmacy) into new ICB structures 
  • Targeted culture work with various trust & ICS leadership teams, OD teams and directorates to define visions and goals
  • Design of a regional PCN Development Programme engaging with primary care stakeholders to co-design a regional support offer
  • Led Digital First South East region programme to increase SMI physical health check QOF compliance via data flow across all ICSs in the region through ICB buy-in to digital and system transformation 
  • Oversaw delivery of a system leadership development programme across all East of England systems through HEE 
  • Designed a mental health recovery peer support learning pathway for Notts HC ImROC 
  • Led the design of pioneering ed-tech for the care sector through UKRI Healthy Ageing programme’s Tribe Project 
  • Led the first OLS Innovation Exchange, identifying innovations and brokering relationships to reduce deaths by suicide 
  • Oversaw delivery of a pilot scheme of coachbot technology to measure efficacy in a NHS Community Provider 
  • Led a programme of citizen engagement and coproduction to influence the design of one of the UK’s ‘Healthy New Towns’ 
  • DHSE programme to support the TEC sector by collating and publishing lessons learnt from Covid-19 
  • Regional Quality Improvement ambassador programme design for acute trusts
  • Led design of a forensic mental health service digital coproduction pathway for a network of acute mental health services 
  • Supported bid work for clients including MOJ, MerseyCare and HMPPS

I founded the Foundation in memory of my son to campaign for safer schools for pupils with allergy and asthma, and positive learning environments. We work at the intersection of healthcare, education, and policy.

    I lead BALM — a community interest company building national infrastructure and support for bereaved families navigating the inquest system. BALM focuses on systemic reform and practical advocacy for those impacted by preventable deaths.
