Who I am

I’m a management consultant specialising in the people side of transformation, with over 15 years of experience delivering large-scale change across health, care, tech, and innovation sectors.

My work focuses on the human side transformation – helping organisations reshape how they lead, work, and evolve to address current or future needs. A management consultant with over 15 years’ experience specialising in the people side of transformation. I work with organisations to navigate complex change, shape strategy, and build leadership and cultures that enable people to thrive.

From strategy to implementation, I support clients to unlock progress through meaningful, sustainable solutions rooted in clarity, evidence, and strong organisational culture.

Before founding HBMH, I was Global Head of Learning and Innovation at an international consultancy, where I led a network of over 300 Senior Associates across 50 countries, alongside a core team in London. I’ve also held senior interim leadership roles including Head of People for the Health Innovation Network, Head of Workforce Development for the technology-enabled care sector, and Regional Director for the British Red Cross. I also worked as an associate consultant for consulting firms including KPMG, Deloitte and Moorhouse.

As an independent consultant I spend my time designing and delivering people-led strategy, workforce transformation, leadership programmes, and operating model redesigns, particularly in the area of digital, mergers, and complex systems. I specialise in helping organisations build the capacity, capability, structure, and confidence to lead through change — bringing a strong systems lens, an understanding of real-world complexity, and a deep focus on leadership, behaviours, and culture.

Having worked extensively in both the public and private sectors, I am able to bring knowledge of multinationals and ftse 100, fortune 500 solutions into the mix alongside approaches that suit acute hospitals and ambulance trusts – giving me a breadth of experience to draw on.

Whether it’s guiding national health initiatives, enabling integrated care systems, or shaping future-facing ways of working, I bring a hands-on, grounded approach — combining strategic insight with people-first thinking.
